Currently supports the English language and the Dollar ($), Euro (€) and British Pound (£) currencies. You can also configure date and time format preferences, as they tend to differ from region to region.

If you choose to discontinue your services with us, we are not able to provide any refunds.

There are no commitments or contracts. If you sign up for Jobber’s monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.

When you’re nearing the end of your trial we’ll send you a reminder to enter your billing information to ensure uninterrupted service. You can enter your billing information under billing info in your account settings. If your account does expire before you enter your billing information don’t worry, nothing will be deleted. You can go into your account settings at any time to enter your info and continue using NatoBooks

It’s easy to manage your billing and subscription settings. You can edit your billing info by clicking ‘change billing info’ in the billing section of your account settings.

Yes! NatoBooks doesn’t store any of your billing information locally. Instead, we make use of a third party service that is independently certified to store sensitive personal information such as credit card and banking information. Your billing details are transferred over an encrypted (SSL) connection to this third party, and all transactions happen directly through them. This is the same level of security used in online banking.

We offer unique plans with different user limits, depending on your business’s needs. You can view all of our plans together on our pricing page.

Your data is backed up daily. That’s on top of the fact that the infrastructure that NatoBooks is built on top of is completely redundant and fail safe, in terms of storage and processing.
